Favorite biscuit recipe

Frozen fruit

sugar

muffin tin

Make roll and cut biscuits.  Pre-heat oven to 450 F.  Press one 1/4 inch thick biscuit into each muffin cup.  Pour FROZEN berries into cups.  Add 1 tsp sugar to teach tart.  Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.

It’s not bite size it’s really regular muffin size.  It just looks tiny because of the fork in the foreground.  Sorry about that perspective.  Makes things kind of confusing!
